Safety Compliance & Dual-Rope Engineering
Our technicians operate with certified dual-rope lifelines, EN 361 harnesses, and strict pre-descent structural anchor testing. Discover how we protect your premises and team.

Work at Heights Demands 100% Uncompromised Safety
At Gagan Services, we live by our founder's philosophy: "Work is God" (Kayakave Kailasa). High-rise facade maintenance presents zero margin for error. We protect your building assets, your tenants, and our technicians through rigorous safety disciplines.
Mandatory Dual-Rope System
Every abseiler is secured by two independent ropes: one primary working line and one 100% separate backup safety lifeline with an automatic fall-arrester.
EN 361 Certified Full-Body Harnesses
Industrial-grade five-point fall arrest harnesses with padded waist and leg supports, inspected and certified prior to every job.
Pre-Descent Rooftop Anchor Testing
Before any technician descends, structural rooftop eyebolts, parapet beams, and counterweights undergo strict load testing by our site supervisor.
Daily Toolbox Safety Meetings
Every shift starts with a mandatory safety briefing covering wind conditions, obstacle awareness, communication signals, and emergency extraction plans.
Medical & Physical Height Fitness
All abseilers undergo regular vertigo and cardiovascular fitness screening. No unverified or untrained day-laborers are ever deployed.

The 5 Pillars of Gagan Services Work-at-Height Safety
Independent Dual-Rope Redundancy
Every technician hangs from a primary working rope while being simultaneously coupled to a 100% separate safety backup rope with an automatic mobile fall arrester (Petzl ASAP equivalent). If the primary line were severed, the fall arrester locks immediately, preventing fall distance greater than a few centimeters.
Certified Static Kernmantle Ropes
We utilize only low-stretch 10.5mm - 11mm static kernmantle ropes with minimum breaking strengths exceeding 3,000 kg (30 kN). Ropes are retired systematically upon any sign of sheath fraying or internal core stress.
Pre-Job Anchor Load Testing
Our site supervisor inspects all rooftop structural eyebolts, structural columns, and parapets. Where fixed anchors are unavailable, we utilize engineered deadweight mobile anchors counterweighted to provide at least a 15 kN safety margin.
Exclusion Zones on Ground Floor
Before work commences, the ground perimeter directly below the drop zone is cordoned off with high-visibility hazard caution tape and warning stanchions to protect pedestrians and vehicles from accidental tool drops.
